If you're moving in a direction that is misaligned with where you want to go, you have to stop what you're doing and realign!
It's important to create goals and vision in order to align your growth to where you want to end up, both in your personal life and in business. If you're outside of that alignment, it's important to reassess so you don't end up too far outside of where you truly intend to go.
